Prospective businesses will need a landlords reference if they are currently renting premises & character reference. Repairs from the landlord will consist of structural only repairs to keep the building safe & functional, the prospective tenant is to look after anything within the building that does not come under the structure of the building and ensure it is kept in good repair throughout the agreement. Any alterations will need to be discussed with the landlord and agreed between tenant and landlord.
Minimum tenancy of 12 months. The prospective tenant will incur a lease arrangement fee of £420.00 inclusive of VAT. 3 months rent to be paid on the commencement of the tenancy agreement, after the 3 months, the rental payment will be due on the payment date agreed which will be £600.00pcm for the remaining tenancy period.
