Landlord is responsible for maintenance/repairs and property inspections under this level of service

Other Fees applicable to Landlords if required:
Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) = £75.00 (Inclusive of VAT) certificate valid for 10 years
Electrical Safety Certificate = £125.00 (Inclusive of VAT) Recommended every 3 to 5 years, however this is dependent upon the age and condition of the electrics once inspected.
Please be aware that If any works or updating are required to meet current safety standard, additional cost will become payable by the landlord.
Legionella’s Risk Assessment = £60.00 (Inclusive of VAT) recommended Annually
Gas Safety Certificate = £60.00(Inclusive of VAT) required Annually
New FIXED Term Tenancy agreement with existing tenant for 6 or 12 months = £60.00 (Inclusive of VAT)
